Please note that as a trading card game (TCG) store, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items once purchased. All sales are final.

Reasons for No Returns or Refunds:

  1. Sealed Products: Once a product, such as booster packs, boxes, or other sealed items, has been opened, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  2. Condition of Items: The nature of trading cards means that once they are opened or handled, their value can fluctuate and may become difficult to resell in the same condition. We cannot accept returns on opened or used cards.
  3. Product Availability: As we specialize in collectible and limited-edition products, we cannot offer returns on items due to customer change of mind or preference.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We may provide a replacement or issue a refund on a case-by-case basis for items that are genuinely defective upon arrival. Please ensure that you provide clear photographs of the issue with your order.
